Admittedly, I've had a hectic 2010 that gave me no time for my crafting endeavors, however, with some Christmas projects and decorating on my agenda this month, I ventured over to JoAnn's and was THRILLED to stumble upon some PUL fabric in stock! Lots of colors and prints too!! Usually I have to order it online. Maybe it's been there all year long and I'm just the last one to the party, but regardless, I'm jazzed!
I love to use PUL (it's a polyester, wipe-able fabric that if often used in cloth diapers) as a lining for my sandwich wraps, quart-sized fabric baggies and anything else you want to be able to protect from wetness. I'm needing a new bag to collect my dirty kitchen towels and cloth napkins. Otherwise, my boys will just pile dirty towels on the counter *sigh*. For these, I just add a velcro strap to the bag and attach it to my oven handle. Once full, I toss the entire bag full of dirties into the washing machine. No worries, I'll post a pic of the next one I make!
